Betty played fast pitch softball for thirty-three years in the infield and outfield. She was a member of the 1948 and 1949 National Champion Phoenix PBSW Ramblers. She was a member of the National Runners-up Champion 1950 PBSW Phoenix Ramblers. She was a player, coach, teacher, wife, mother and grandmother and proudly great grandmother.
