A three-time All-American, this outstanding first baseman was one of Arizona’s great woman softball players, excelling both as a batter and fielder. She was named the All-time first baseman for the A-1 Queens who were five times national champions and a national contender for 22 seasons. She was a brilliant performer at every infield position during her career which spanned 17 years. After three seasons as a catcher for Webster Dairy of Glendale, she joined the A-1 Queens and went on to national honors.
