Twice an All-American, she had a distinguished career with the PBSW Ramblers, playing first base with matchless skill and serving as team captain. She led the Ramblers to the 1940 national championship in Detroit and performed in eight national tournaments. An excellent fielder as well as a dangerous hitter, she earned All-American honors in 1939 and 1940 and was selected on the Arizona All-State Team each of her ten years with the Ramblers.
