Ginger was an all-star shortstop for the Sun City Saints from 1967 to 1977. She played in 10 national tournaments. She was a member of the 1972-1973 Arizona State University National Championship Team and made that year’s All American Team. She coached the Moon Valley Rockets Softball Team to two state championships and was named Coach of the Year at Moon Valley and Glendale Community College.
