Peggy Hoffman

An All-American in 1939 and 1940 as a member of the world champion PBSW Ramblers of Phoenix, a team she helped form. She was considered the finest outfielder in Arizona women’s softball during the late 1930s. She starred as a left fielder or roving fielder in nine national tournaments and three regional tournaments. Her brilliant play helped lead the Ramblers to two world championships.
