Began playing softball at the age of 11 for the Phoenix Storm, 1992 won the ASA JO 12 & U National Championship, 2000 and 2001 ASA Women’s Major Fast Pitch Championships. In 1999, US Junior Olympic World Championship winning silver. Attended Deer Valley High School, 1995 to 1999, selected 2nd team West Regional All-American, 1996 selected Gatorade’s Arizona Athlete of the Year plus Defensive Player of the year. In 1998, selected NFCA Second Team All American. Attending ASU from 1999 to 2002, 1st Team All Pack 10, 2000 & 2001, 2 time NCAA Academic All American and ASA ALL American.
