An outstanding player with the A. J. Bayless nationally ranked teams in 1936-1939, he began sponsoring teams in 1969 and quickly established himself as one of the nation’s finest sponsors. His teams are annually recognized as the best-dressed team in softball and his Turquoise Kings finished near the top in four national tournaments.
