Joanna coached for 37 years. She coached junior high and high school teams. In 1977 she was on the coaching staff of the Sun City Saints. In 1978 to 1981 she coached the farm teams for the Sun City Saints. From 1990 to 2002 Joanna started, managed and coached the Naturals, Junior Olympic Softball Organization with teams at 12U, 14U, 15U, 18U and Gold levels.
Joanna is currently a member of the ASF (AZ Softball Foundation) Board of Directors and the past president of the ASU Softball Diamond Devils Booster Club.
