Stacie caught for the Cactus High School softball team 2003 - 2006, 4A Division Champions, 2005 and 2006, NFCA First-Team All-American; Gatorade State Player of the Year, Diamond Sports High School catcher, tied for second place nationally for home runs in a career with 48 and set Arizona state record for home runs in a single season with 20. As a member of the Batbusters won ASA Gold 18-Under National Champions. She attended University of Arizona 2008–2011 setting multiple records as a hitter, attended the College World Series National Championship selected first Team All-PAC 10, third team NFCA All-American, First Team
All-NFCA West Region and named PAC 10 Player of the week twice. USA Softball Collegiate Player of the Week, one of two finalists for the USA Collegiate Player of the Year, hit 87 career home runs, regional tournament hit the NCAA record break 125 home runs. In 2010, was first team NFCA All-Pacific Region, hit 4 home runs with three in the College World Series National Championship game against UCLA and ended her career finishing 4th in Division I with a total of 87 home runs. Attended Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, member of the 2006 Jr. Women’s National Team, played in the Jr. Women’s Pan-American Qualifier Tournament, 2009 USA Softball Japan Cup Team, and ESPN All-Decade Team.
