Del Stilwell pitched for twenty-six years on various men's teams. He pitched for the Lightning Movers, AZ Highways Dept Team, Schafer and Smith and Patterson Motors of Mesa. In 1962, he wa selected the MVP in the Arizona State Tournament. He was also a member of the coaching staff of two women's fast pitch teams. He was a coach for the Pick Realty Rebels, State Champions in 1965 and the Phoenix Westerners of the Copperstate League.
