Jeff coached for 23 years at Cactus High School in 4A; won State Champions in 1987, 1989, 1994, 2004, 2005, 2006 and State Runner-Up in 2002.
In 2004 and 2006 he was National High School Association Coach of the year, also was No. 1 National ranking by USA Today and Speedline/NFCA High School Coaching Staff of the Year. His team was ranked second in Pre-Season Fab 50 National Softball rankings.
Member of the 2007 Paradise Valley Community College coaching staff.
